Our Great Team
Segen was founded in 2017 by Mr Manoj Talwar. He is an alumini of Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant by profession. He forayed into the real estate sector in the year 2005.
Over the years, he has been associated with brands like WAVE , UPPALS, BRAHMA Group (A joint venture with ADANI Real Estate) where he built Townships, Commercial Office projects, High Rise Condominiums, Shopping Malls and Multiplexes under his leadership. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in cross functional areas of Real Estate sector in Planning, Execution, Leasing, Business Development, Finance & Legal Matters.
